Loretta was the best legal secretary I ever worked with. Hard-working, organized, never complaining about the amount of work I gave to her. She was very professional and made me look good. In many ways she was also a second mother and often offered opinions and suggestions about life issues. My family grew to love her too. When my daughter had to create a family tree in school when she was very young, she included Loretta as part of the family.
Loretta was more of a personal assistant than a legal secretary to me - always keeping me organized and providing me with direction. I told her for many years that she was never allowed to retire, but she ultimately did, so she could dedicate her time to her sons and grandchildren. I received the shocking news that she had passed on Friday. The news hit me like a sucker punch from Mike Tyson. I knew Loretta was getting older, but she seemed so healthy and strong when I knew her. She’s one of those people that you thought would never pass. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her!

I always admired my Aunt Loretta's strength, raising two wonderful accomplished sons on her own. She was a wonderful person that I always enjoyed seeing and speaking with. She will be greatly missed by many people. Thoughts and prayers to my cousins, her sons, and their family's.
