Loretta M. Herrera

Loretta M. Herrera born to eternal life on November 5th, 2023 at age 89. A wonderful mother and proud grandmother, Loretta was the light of her Family. Everyone she cared for could not help but love her. She was a blessing to this life and will be missed. Truly a friend to all.
Married to Ricardo and Mother to Richard, Guadalupe, Lisa, and Reynaldo (Natalie) and loving Grandmother to Robby, Alexandra and Luciana. Preceded in death by her sisters Mary and Evangeline and brother Richard. She will be missed by numerous nieces and nephews with whom she nurtured as her own.
Loretta was a devout Roman Catholic and Parishioner at Our Lady Of Good Hope Church. In her retirement years she volunteered to serve the elderly meals at a Senior Meal Site. She loved the people at Elks Lodge 46 in Milwaukee and made many great friends there. She served there until someone else had to serve her. She was selfless and caring to the end.
Visitation will be at Witkowiak Funeral Home 529 West Historic Mitchell Street on Friday November 17, 2023 from 10am until 12pm. Service will begin at Noon.
A private entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery 7301 West Nash Street, Milwaukee will follow the service at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers a donation to Our Lady of Good Hope Church in Loretta's name would be appreciated.
