Loretta Mayes Obituary
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three sisters, Betty Sue Childress, Hazel Crowder and Norma Lee Jenkins.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Fred Mayes; sons, Larry (Debbie) Mayes of Beaver Dam, Randy (Susan) Mayes of College Grove, Tennessee, Jerry (Paula) Mayes of Beaver Dam; daughter, Lori (Barry) Maple of Bowling Green; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 3rd, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Bevil Bros. Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with one of Loretta's grandsons, Tanner Maple, officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of service on Sunday. Burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form donations to Gideons International. Online condolences may be sent to bevilbrosfuneralhomes.com.
