Loretta Rivas Obituary
Loretta was born in Mount Holly and raised in Browns Mills. She moved to Sarasota, FL in 2021. Loretta worked for the Pemberton Township Bus Garage where she served special needs children as an aide. In her leisure, she enjoyed reading the Bible, growing flowers, and listening to country music. She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. Most of all, she cherished the time spent with family and friends and will be deeply missed by those she leaves behind.
Loretta was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jose R. Rivas, in 2004. She is survived by her daughters, Dolores Rivas-Ritchey, Gail Chambers, and Brenda Engler; her grandchildren, Reina and Ximena Ritchey, Glenda Berrios, and John Chambers and a host of other loving family members.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd from 10:30AM to 11:30 AM immediately followed by the funeral service, both at Moore Funeral Home, 371 Lakehurst Rd, Browns Mills, NJ. Interment will follow at BG William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Loretta's name may be made to the Army Emergency Relief Organization at
