Loretta was born in Woodsboro, TX, to Dave and Adelfa Quintero. She was a graduate of Woodsboro High School. Loretta married and was blessed with 4 children. Loretta is survived by husband, Lloyd Smaystrla.
Services will be held Monday, Sept. 8th, 9:30 AM, at St. Matthew in San Antonio, TX. Interment will follow, 3:00 PM at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Refugio, TX. Please visit www.missionparks.com
