Lori Lee Baker Downes, 66, of Belle Vernon, Rostraver Twp., passed away Friday, November 28, 2025 at her home. Born July 8, 1959 in N. Charleroi, PA she was the daughter of the late Albert and J. Alice Gallagher Baker who survives and resides in Belle Vernon. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Lori was a member of the St. Sebastian RC Church, Belle Vernon, and was a retired EMT from Rostraver-West Newton Ambulance Service. Before becoming disabled, she loved to draw and paint. Lori was a woman of deep faith, which remained a steady light throughout her life.
She is survived by her daughter & son in law Melissa Downes-Lubawski & husband Jessy Lubawski of Monongahela, two grandchildren Tommy Stefanick, Jesse Stefanick, and four brothers Jeff Baker, Dan Baker, Dave Baker, Bill Baker. She is preceded in death by her daughter Brandi Stefanick and her grandparents.
Visitation will be held Friday from 9-11:00 AM followed by funeral services at 11 AM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183.
