Glenda Jean Davis

Glenda Jean Davis, 69, of Monessen, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2026 in her home. A daughter of the late Leslie Edwards and Eve (Huber) McKeon, she was born in N. Charleroi on July 24, 1956.

A lifelong resident of Monessen, Glenda had been employed as a supervisor for LifeSteps for 12 years and then worked at Giant Eagle in Belle Vernon until her retirement. She loved to workout and belonged to the Mon Valley YMCA where she made many friends. Glenda also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and she will also be missed by her Frenchie, Chino.

She is survived by a daughter and son in-law, Monica and Justin Tyree of Monongahela, a son, Joseph Wall of Donora; her siblings, Todd (Betty) Edwards of California, PA, Beverly Byrd of Rostraver, Eric (Linda) Edwards of California, PA, Mark (Debbie) Edwards of Belle Vernon, and Chad Scott of Monessen; four grandchildren, Joelle Wall, Taylor Wall, Isaiah Wall, and Jackson Tyree; and three great grandchildren, Averie, Avana, and Ella. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lonzo Wesley Davis on June 21, 2005, a brother, Reed Edwards, and a grandson, Joseph Wall II.
