Lori Downey Obituary
Lori A. Downey, 58 of Fayetteville, NY, passed away on June 5, 2025. She was born on February 21, 1967 in Syracuse, NY to Richard and Virginia Rosteck.
She loved cooking, traveling, camping and doing things for other people. She graduated from East Syracuse Minoa High School in 1985.
She is survived by her partner, Robert Drew; parents, Richard and Virginia Rosteck; children, Jason (Hailey) Downey; brother, Gary (Lucette) Rosteck and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Predeceased by her son, Timothy Halsey.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Friday, June 13, 2025 from 4pm - 7pm. Funeral Services will follow at 7pm. Burial will be at Collamer Cemetery on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 10am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CNY SPCA Office, 5878 E. Molloy Road, Mattydale, NY 13211/The American Heart Association, 4 Atrium Drive, Bld#100, Albany, NY 12205.
