She is survived by her four children, Kristina (Doug) Hutson of Troy, MO, Clifton (Seana) Kuntz of Wentzville, MO, Samantha (Matthew) Gravesen of Wentzville, MO, Tabitha (Nathan) Rice of Wentzville, MO; grandchildren, Trevor Hutson, Lee Anna Ingrassia, Peyton Hutson, Chrissy Stewart, Landon Gravesen, Ethan Hutson, Shyann Gravesen, Heath Buchanan, Liam Kuntz, Ariel Buchanan, Emmett Gravesen, Everet Gravesen, Remington Buchanan, Rex Rice and Meadow Rice; three sisters, Lisa (Vince) Harke of Old Monroe, MO, Pat (Paul) Hamlin of Silex, MO, Margaret (Stan) Altman of Fulton, MO; two brothers, Russell Myer of Warrenton, MO, Jeff Myer of Las Vegas, NV; and her three dogs, Thunder, Thor and Ember. She is preceded in death by her father, Gerald William Brooks, mother, Verna Dean Brooks nee Curtis and her four dogs, Busch, Smokey, Teddy and Sashi.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lori, a fiercely independent spirit who lived life to the fullest. Lori was known for her selflessness, always putting the needs of others before her own. A dedicated workaholic, she approached every task with determination and grit, never shying away from hard work or relying on anyone else. Lori's love for Christmas was unparalleled. She cherished the joy of the holiday season, creating warm memories filled with laughter and games shared with her family. A gifted cook, she delighted everyone with her incredible fried chicken and buttermilk pies. In her free time, Lori found joy in gardening, working on puzzles and deer hunting. She had a creative side, too, pouring her heart into arts and crafts, drawing, and sewing. Her favorite color, yellow, reflected her bright personality and the warmth she brought to those around her. Above all, Lori treasured her grandbabies, her dogs, Thunder, Thor, Ember and the moments spent in the company of friends and family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
