Lori Prutton (nee Marino), 59 of Sheffield Lake peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness on Sunday, October 3, 2021. She was born January 30, 1962 to parents Robert and Betty (nee Demaline) Marino in Cleveland, OH.
Lori graduated with a nursing degree and was employed as an RN and Operations Manager with Visiting Angels Corporate Office. She enjoyed traveling domestically and internationally, loved her job, and loved spending time gardening flowers with her husband. Her greatest joy was being a grandmother.
In Michael's words "She was the light of my life. I am blessed to have had the time with her that I did. She truly enriched my life in every way. Together we made it through family births, deaths, marriages, great adventures, everyday life, and a pandemic. I'm a better man for having known and loved her. She'll be greatly missed by me and the all the many people that loved her."
She is survived by her beloved husband of 12 years, Michael Blomerley; loving children Chris Ross (Jamie), Brittany Prutton and Scott Prutton (Megan); step-children Amanda Papp (Dylan) and Rachel Blomerley; cherished grandchildren Giovanni, Harper and Tommy; dear siblings Cheryl Teter (Jim), Diane Laux (Tim), Alan Marino (Regina), Janet Samp (Jim) and Robert A. Marino (Lisa); many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
She is preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Jessica Ross and her parents.
