Lorna Marie Fleming

FLEMING, Lorna Marie – of Mt. Morris, age 90, died Thursday, March 12, 2026. Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 PM Thursday, March 19, 2026 at O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Michigan. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, March 19, 2026 from 2:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospital.

Lorna was born February 9, 1936 in Sault Saint Marie, Michigan to the late Edward and Lema (Scholten) Jacobson. She grew up in Rudyard, Michigan and graduated from Rudyard High School with the class of 1954. On July 16, 1955 she married Dale Fleming in Rudyard, Michigan and he preceded her in death on October 6, 2019. Lorna worked for Maple Woods Manor in housekeeping for several years. She was a member of the Clio Eagles Aerie # and the Lady's Card Club for 30 years. Lorna and her family were members of the US Basset Hounds Field Trials and enjoyed traveling the United States attending the events. She loved doing the Dot to Dot books, feeding the birds, camping, and yard art.

Surviving are: Children, Beth (Paul) Hennagir of Clio, Denise Fleming of Mt. Morris, Ric (Rhonda) Fleming of Linden, Kim (Bob) Light of Clarkston, and Ed Fleming of Phoenix, AZ.; Grandchildren, Brian (Meghan) Hennagir, Brett Hennagir, Matthew (Cari) Hennagir, Corey Fleming, Starr (Jordan) Rupkey, Megan Fleming, Paige Fleming, Josh (Chelsey) Light, and Tyler Fleming; 13 Great-Grandchildren.
