Lorna's greatest accomplishment is finding herself, being free and sharing her good nature and smile. She has this infectious laughter that makes a person start laughing even though you are not in the conversation; and her smile explodes with happiness and beauty. She could hear one or two tunes of a song and she would start singing that song.
She believed your parents should always be loved, cared for and have a place to live in their final period of their lives. She showed her beliefs with her parents by leaving Hawaii, with which we both agreed, and ensured all was well for them. Then she returned home. She also took care of her mother in law, Juliette, made room for her to live in with us and invited her parents as well. This is walking the walk not only talking the talk. She became a foodie, using groupons and learning from Juliette, which was good for me to learn and taste many types of food from different nationalities.
She is loved and will be missed.
