Lorraine Faraone

Lorraine Faraone, 81, born Lorraine Frances Preli on May 5, 1944, was born and raised in Astoria, Queens. She spent most of her life in Bellerose, Queens with her husband, Earl, and three children. She was mother to Gary Faraone and wife Cathy, Lori Troy and husband Kevin, and Eric Faraone and wife Lucia. Lorraine was also the grandmother of 6 grandchildren, Tara, Gary Jr., Kevin Jr., Michael, Sebastian, and Josie, who were the light of her life. She was the loving sister of Patricia, Donna, and Paula, and an aunt and great aunt to many nieces and nephews. Lorraine loved to read, tell funny stories, and spend time with her grandchildren. She passed away at home in Franklin Square, surrounded by her loved ones, on September 6, 2025. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
