Lorraine Lucille Mazzariello-Krzanik of Orlando Florida passed away at Vitas Hospice Care in Winter Garden Florida on October 2, 2015. She was 90 years old. She was born March 29, 1925 in New York City, the daughter of Clarence and Winifred Johnson. Lorraine spent many years traveling around the world with her husband Joseph Mazzariello while he was in the United States Air Force. They were married for over 50 years. Joseph died in 1999. She was remarried to Anthony Krzanik in 2002. Although their marriage was not long, they were very happy together and loved taking cruises. Tony died in 2008.
Lorraine’s only child Barbara preceded her mother in death in 2000 after a hard battle with cancer. Lorraine was “Nana” to four granddaughters; Laura, Lisa, Lana and Lorna. In addition she has 6 great grandchildren. Their names are: Christina, Jonah, Jordan, Joshua, Noelle and Larry. She loved her granddaughters and great grandchildren very much.
Lorraine worked many years at United Medical Corporation where she had many friends who she continued seeing long into retirement.
It is difficult to sum up a 90 year old person, but, Lorraine was full of life. She could light up a room with her vitality. People were drawn to her. She had a great sense of humor and was a kind, thoughtful and loving person and anyone who spent any time with her couldn’t wait to see her again. Her presence may be gone but her spirit lives on in all who loved her.
Services will be held at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
