In Loving Memory of Lorraine Emily Mike
March 17, 1935 – February 14, 2026
Lorraine Mike, beloved mother and cherished matriarch, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2026, at the age of 90.
Lorraine lived fully and loved fiercely. Thoughtful, caring, independent, and wonderfully feisty, she fiercely protected those she loved. Her devotion to her family was unwavering. A devout Christian, she deeply loved her church and its congregation, drawing strength and comfort from her faith.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Berndt, Jerry Preston, and David Mike; her children, Pennie, Christopher, Tony, Andre, and Jerry Jr.; and two precious grandchildren
.She is survived by her sons, Robert Vonberndt; Daniel Preston (Sue Smith); and Ronnie Preston (Lisa Bernal); along with 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren who will carry forward her legacy of strength, faith, and love.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 20, 2026, from 5:00pm-8pm at The Congregation of the Great Spirit, 1000 W. Lapham Blvd., Milwaukee, WI 53204. Services will be held Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11am at The Congregation of the Great Spirit.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
