Lorraine Pita

Lorraine Holewinski Pita, 74, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2025. She was born in Jacksonville, FL on April 25, 1950, to the late Edward Stanley Holewinski and Katherine Clark Holewinski. Lorraine loved her home state of Florida and recently moved to North Carolina to be closer to her children.
Lorraine is survived by her children: Jimmie "Jim" Reason, Jr. (Jessica), Cynthia Reason, and Jennifer Reason; grandchildren: Austin Reason, Deshawn Johnson, Jacob Reason, and Samantha Reason.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Edward Holewinski, Jr.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 25, 2025, at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, NC 27545. The family will visit prior to the service from 1:30 to 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lorraines memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, African Wildlife Foundation, or Transitions LifeCare.
