Lorraine Miriam Seabrooks

Lorraine Miriam Seabrooks, born on January 7, 1946, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away on October 28, 2025, at Nazareth Hospital. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Lorraine is survived by her devoted husband, Edgar Seabrooks, Jr., her son Kevin Seabrooks, her daughter Erica Seabrooks, three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Lewis Baylor and Evelyn Jones.

Lorraine dedicated her career to education, working as a Teacher Assistant for the School District of Philadelphia. She was a cherished member of the House of Faith Baptist Church, where she found community and spiritual fulfillment.

A viewing will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. at the House of Faith Baptist Church, located at 4500 North 10th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19140. Interment will take place at 1:30 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery, 1511 Twinning Road, Willow Grove, Pennsylvania 19090.
