Lorraine Weber

Lorraine Weber, of Somerset passed away on Sunday, December 28th at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. She was 90.
Born in Somerville, she lived in Edison before moving to Highland Park then to Somerset.
She worked as a Nurse's Aide at the Middlesex Nursing Home in Metuchen for 20 years before retiring in 1994. She also worked as a home health companion.
Lorraine was an active parishioner at the Emanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in New Brunswick for many years. She was also active at the Spring Hills Assisted Living in Somerset. She enjoyed playing Bingo, listening to music, singing her favorite song 'You Are My Sunshine' and spending time with her family. Lorraine was particularly proud of her German heritage.
Lorraine is predeceased by her parents, Herman & Ebba Weber; sisters, Mildred Grauman and Gertrude Conklin; and nephew, Thomas Rex.
She is survived by her sister, Alice Rex of Melbourne, Florida; nephews, Scott Conklin (wife, Diane) and Ken Rex; niece, Emily Conklin; and her great nieces and nephews..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 3rd, 10 AM at the GLEASON FUNERAL HOME of NORTH BRUNSWICK, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick with services at 11 AM. Burial to follow in Van Liew Cemetery, North Brunswick.
