Lottie Bell Middlebrooks

Mrs. Lottie Middlebrooks was born on June 11, 1958 in Macclenny, Florida to Cicero Powell and Clara Powell. She attended Baker County school and was an active member of Assembly of Praise Church. She enjoyed church, cooking and loving on her family. She helped raise nearly all of her nieces and nephews, and was one of the Florida Gators, biggest fans. Lottie also loved westerns, especially Gunsmoke.
She was preceded in death by her Mother & Father, her brother James Manley & sister Bertha Mae Larry.
Lottie leaves to cherish her memory, longtime companion Alvin Wilcox; sisters Mary Lewis and Jacqueline Powell, both of Kansas City, MO; Pearly May Powell and Laverne Stewart, both of Macclenny, Fl. and Geraldine Manley of Tampa, Fl. ; Brothers Cornelius Manley (Zelda), Cicero Powell (Geneva), both of Macclenny, Fl., many loving nieces and nephews and sister-in-law Agnes Manley.
