She was predeceased in death by her sister, Patsy Hudson Mullins, and half-brother, William Lawrence Strickland, Jr.
Lottie was married to her loving husband, Otis Parks Morgan, for 69 years. They enjoyed a fulfilling life with family and friends in Chesapeake, VA, and recently moved to Richmond to be closer to their grown children.

She held a position as Senior Teller at Wells Fargo Bank until her retirement in 1994.
Lottie will be remembered for her love of her ever-expanding family, classical music and challenging crossword puzzles.
