Lou Ronna Richardson, age 69, formerly of Warrenton Missouri passed away Friday, September 12,2025. She was a graduate of Warren Co High School in 1974 and continued to live there with her husband Jack Richardson and two children, Sherry and Daniel. Lou Ronna worked for several jobs throughout the years from her father's Donut shop to multiple clerical jobs and her last job of many years at Alpha Prison Ministries.
Lou Ronna's talents were many, she was an extremely accomplished seamstress, loved to play piano and crochet, a talented bookkeeper, a terrific office manager, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who loved to entertain. Lou Ronna was a member of North Shore Baptist Church preceding her residence at Rock Island Village Memory Care. Throughout her life she enjoyed camping and motorcycle riding with her husband throughout the United States. Lou Ronna was a member along with her husband, Jack, in the Chapter W2 Goldwing Riders Association. Lou Ronna was also cherished member of her local quilting guild, "Eldon Peacemakers" of Eldon Missouri and a previous president of the "A Stitch N Time" Quilt Guild of Warrenton Missouri.
Preceded in death by her Father Ronald Skinner, and son Daniel Richardson. She is survived by her Mother Lou Erma Skinner, childhood sweetheart and husband of 52 years, Jack Richardson; daughter, Sherry Shannon; and her husband, Richard,3 granddaughters: Ashley Marks, Kathryn McGuire, Melany Boehmer and their husbands. 2 grandsons, Ricky and Jack Shannon and their wives, and 13 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Tuesday, September 23,2025. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday September 24, 2025 at Hedges-Scott-Millard Funeral Homes, 902 E North Street, Eldon, Mo,65026 with Rev. Rich Starnes. Burial in Eldon Cemetery directly following the service.
The family would like to express our thanks for the wonderful help and care given by Hospice Compassus out of Jefferson city and Rock Island Village of Eldon. If desired, friends may make memorial contributions to the Cure Alzheimer's Fund or BrightFocus Foundation's Alzheimer's Disease Research program.
