Lou Ann Wibe (née: Ousley) of Wentzville, Missouri, passed away on February 3, 2026, at the age of 93. She was the beloved wife of the late Terry Wibe; She is survived by her two daughters, Caron Matteson (née: Crider) of Lake St. Louis, MO, Nancy (Bill) Atkins (née: Crider) of Troy, MO; step-son, Terry Wibe of O' Fallon, MO; brother, Jack Eads; grandchildren, Jenny, Lori, Becki; ten, great grandchildren; eight, great-great grandchildren; She is preceded in death by her father, Nicholas Ousley, mother, Florence Eads (née: Loving), step-father, Milton Eads, first husband, Donald Crider, second husband, Terry Wibe, daughter, Barbara Crider, son, David Crider, grandchild, Zach, brother, Charles Ousley, brother, Donald Eads, son-in-law, Scott Matteson.

Lou Ann worked for 20 years as a City Clerk of Wentzville, Missouri before retiring. She loved to travel, read, gardening, play poker, and bingo with her friends. Lou Ann and her husband Terry enjoyed many good times together in the past with their gourmet dinner group and loved to cook. She lost vision in one eye as a baby and adapted very well with her limited vision throughout her life. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
