Lou was born in Brooklyn, NY to Louis and Dorothy Billotti. He owned and operated the Louis Mobile Dry Clean in Toms River until his retirement.
He is survived by his son Louis and his wife Morgan, Daughter Lisa Billotti, grandchildren Michael and Anthony and his former wife Patricia Billotti.
A Celebration of life will be on Wednesday May 11, 2022 with Visiting Hours from 4 - 7 PM at the Silverton Memorial Funeral Home 2482 Church Rd., Toms River, NJ, The Funeral Service will begin at 5:30 PM at the funeral home. Cremation was private.

I was lucky to have met over t past 5 years. He was certainly an interesting person to get to know. Always had a interesting story and his love of cars was definitely contagious. I went to a few local car shows to see his cars. My sincere condolences.
