Elizabeth Lorraine Billotti, born on December 19, 1966, made her peaceful departure from this world on July 29, 2025, in Cleveland, Ohio. Elizabeth was a devoted mother, beloved grandmother, dear sister, and cherished daughter who left an indelible mark on the lives of all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Joseph Billotti, whose love and partnership was a cornerstone of her life, and her father, John Brock, whose memory she carried with her throughout her journey.
Elizabeth's heart was deeply rooted in her family, and she found immense joy in being with her children: Jennifer (Mike Smith), Jaclyn (Kyle Davis), Savanna (Donald Stiver), and Alyssa (Giovanni Ramos). Each of her daughters imbibed her warmth and kindness, carrying forth her loving legacy.
Grandchildren Isabella Forbes, Aryanna and Aleeah Ramos, Michael Smith, Giovanni Ramos "JR," Kyle "Peanut" and Kylie Davis were the light of her life, filling her days with laughter, joy, and countless beautiful memories. Whether it was taking trips to the zoo or gathering for family dinners, Elizabeth cherished every moment spent with her loved ones.
She is survived by her mother, Bertha (nee Apodaca) Brock, and her brother, Phillip Barnhart. Though her relationship with her mother remained distant, Elizabeth had recently begun to cultivate a meaningful bond with her brother-a connection that brought renewed joy and a sense of family in her later years. Despite not having the strongest maternal example in her own life, Elizabeth poured immense love, care, and devotion into raising her children. She was a nurturing and dedicated mother whose unwavering commitment and compassion defined her role in their lives.
Elizabeth had a myriad of interests that brought her great joy, including bird watching, engaging in her favorite soaps, and gathering with family for warm dinners full of laughter and stories. Her passions illustrated a life centered around family, simplicity, and appreciation for the natural beauty that surrounded her.
Though Elizabeth has departed from this earthly life, her loving spirit, her kindness, and joy will remain forever carried in the hearts of her family and friends. She touched so many lives and will be profoundly missed, but her legacy of love will forever echo in the memories shared by those who cherished her.
