Our beloved mother and grandmother, Louise Nancy Hauck, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2025 at the age of 80. Born on April 27, 1945 in Rochester, New York to Peter A. Cilano, Sr. and Mary J. Cilano, she was known for her infectious smile and her deep and unwavering love for her family and friends.

Louise dedicated her life to nurturing her family and her home was a place of warmth, laughter, abundant hugs and of course love. She found joy in reading, spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, and listening to music from the 50's and 60's, with Elvis being a favorite artist.

She is survived by her daughter Patricia (Dan), daughter Michelle (Stephen), granddaughter Cassie (Dan), great grandson Thurlow, grandson Andrew (Beth), grandson Cory (Kait), granddaughter Jenny (Jacob), and best friend of 67 years Roselea, who will forever carry her love and memory in their hearts. Louise was preceded in death by her husband Clyde, parents Peter and Mary, brother Peter, Jr., son-in-law Steve and caring friend Jack.

The family would like to thank all those loving people that helped care for Louise throughout her long battle with dementia, especially her companion JoJo and the compassionate caregivers at Bill & Judes House. It truly takes a village to care for anyone living with Alzheimer's and we are thankful that she was surrounded by love even when her family could not be with her.

Friends and family may call THURSDAY September 4th from 5-7 at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. (3325 Wnton Rd. S). A Funeral Mass to celebrate Louise's extraordinary life will be held at 10:00am on Friday, September 5th at Blessed Sacrament Church at (534 Oxford St., Rochester, NY 14607). In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association-Rochester and Fingerlakes Region Chapter, in honor of Louise Hauck's memory. (WEBSITE)
