Louise Palmer Obituary

Louise W. Palmer
Watertown, CT - Louise W. Palmer, 86, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at St. Mary's Hospital. She was the wife of the late Richard Palmer.
Mrs. Palmer was born April 29, 1939, in Rhinebeck, NY, the daughter of the late Harry and Florence (Turbarg) Wheeler. Raised in Pine Plains, NY, she was a longtime resident of Norwalk before moving to Watertown. She had worked as an Insurance Agent and was known for her love of the beach, dolphins, and her flowers.
She is survived by her children, Robert Chapman, and Linda Grippe, of Naugatuck; her grandson, Nathanial Boice; as well as several siblings, nieces, and nephews.
There are no services. A private ceremony will be held at a later date. The Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
