Louise Lillian Treharn

HOWLAND- Louise Lillian Treharn, 84, of Howland, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Gilette Nursing Home, surrounded by her family. She was born on November 11, 1940, in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Norma Meek. After graduating from Chagrin Falls High school in 1958, she married Charles C Terharn and together they built a beautiful family and a life of love.
Louise was a member of the Niles First Christian Church and retired as a school bus driver for the Howland School District. She was past president of Howland Little Tigers Mother's Club and had coached both baseball and soccer in Howland. She loved to roller skate and spent much of her life on wheels, a passion she passed onto her children.
Precious memories of Louise live on with her husband Charles Treharn, three daughters: Rhonda Treharn of Cortland, Renee (John) Showalter of Niles and Ragene (Dave) Click of Lovettsburg; a son Charles R Treharn of Warren; sister Kathy (Keith) Shimer of Newbury; six grandchildren: Edward, Melissa, Daniel, Zachery, Corbin and Trevor as well as ten great-grandchildren: McKensie, Vincent, Anthony, Kasey, Kynzlee, Mazikeen, Zackary, Phoebe, Nelson and Griffin.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
