It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved son, Luca Joseph Diaz, who graced our lives for a brief but beautiful moment. Born on November 21, 2024, Luca brought immense joy and love into our world during his short time with us. He passed away peacefully on December 12, 2024.
Luca was a cherished member of a loving family, including his devoted parents, Carolina Santiago and Edward Diaz. He was a precious triplet brother to Thiago Joseph Diaz and Santiago Joseph Diaz, and a beloved younger brother to Adrian Fernando Diaz, who is just a year old. Together, they formed a bond of love and unity that will forever be treasured.
Though his time on Earth was brief, Luca's impact was profound. He was a precious gift, a beacon of light, and a source of endless love and hope. His tiny hands and feet left the deepest impressions on our hearts, and his memory will forever be cherished by all who knew him.
A service to honor Luca's memory will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 2:00 PM at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, located at 1832 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA 30096. Family and friends are invited to join us in celebrating the life of our sweet boy.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Luca's name to the Miracle Babies program at Northside Hospital. Donations can be made online at https://give.northside.com/donate-miracle-babies/, helping to support other families in need during difficult times.
Luca Joseph Diaz, you will always be our little angel. Rest in peace, sweet boy.
