Lucas David Condill, 18, of Racine, WI passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on July 19, 2022. He was born on May 6, 2004, in Woodstock, IL to Jillian Condill and Joshua Shannon.
Lucas was a proud graduate of Case High School, graduating this past June 3rd. Lucas loved fashion, especially jewelry, sunglasses, and Vans Shoes. He was an avid skateboarder, enjoyed reading – especially Greek mythology, and loved music. He enjoyed watching Marvel movies with Spiderman being his favorite and loved eating Takis by the bagful!
The void he leaves behind is immeasurable; he will forever be in our life and in our hearts. He is our Rock Star.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Josh (Courtney), Shelby, and Jayden; his Nana and Papa, Terry (Mike) Van Ness; Jamie (Becky) Shannon; his Grandma and Papa, Susie (Jerry) Condill; Grandma Vicki Condill; his great-grandma Cynthia Surges; his GG, Carole Landa; his aunts and uncles, Nikki, Luc (J.D.), Jordan, Bethany, Jessica, Joey, Lauren and Heather. He is also survived by many loving cousins, friends, and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his Papa Greg Joyce, his great-parents, Jerry Surges, Irma and Jesten Condill; his uncles Craig and David Jr.
Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022, from 3 PM until 9 PM with a Celebration of Life service starting at 6 PM at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Interment will be private.
