Lucas Warren Mountain age 42 of Rome, Ga formerly of Fort Payne, AL passed away August 26th, 2025. Lucas was a wonderful father of two daughters, Courtney and Emily, and a son, Ryan, who meant the world to him. He leaves behind a large family and many friends who he loved very much but he was especially close to his brother Chris and his mother Bobbie. Lucas had a heart for his Lord Jesus Christ, family, friends, his Church and serving others. He was a giving, loving, kind and gentle man who loved to laugh with a smile that was infectious. He enjoyed watching Braves baseball and spending time with his family and friends but most of all he loved his children. Spending time with them and watching them grow up meant more to him than anything in this world.

Lucas spent his early years in Alabama, his school years in Georgia and Illinois before moving to Nashville prior to joining the Army. He served from 2007-2015. He deployed to Iraq from August of 2008 to August of 2009. Lucas earned the following awards during his time of service: Army Commendation Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal with Campaign Star, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and the Combat Action Badge. Lucas left the Army with an Honorable Discharge and returned to Alabama to be close to his family.

Lucas will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
