Lucile Kitzerow Obituary
June 21, 2015 - July 20, 2025
Lucile (Lucy) Kitzerow was born in Minneapolis on June 21st, 2015, which also happened to be Father's Day! She was ready to meet her mom, dad and her big brother, Henry with her exuberant personality. Unexpectedly, Lucy left this Earth on July 20th, 2025, after succumbing to fatal injuries from an accident in Wisconsin.
Brandon and Katie had dreams of their little girl being an independent and strong force in this world and she sure succeeded! Lucy (aka Juju, Lou, Luc, Juju Bean, Lucy Goosy) was fierce, witty and always up for an adventure with the family. Lucy and Henry spent countless hours traversing the property at their home in Loveland, CO. They were like 2 peas in a pod, always out for the next exciting experience!
Lucy's contagious laugh, bright smile, authentic personality and welcoming kindness, brought out the best in her family and friends. Lucy loved to swim anywhere, hike and downhill ski with her family in the Colorado mountains, create unending arts and crafts, snuggle with her stuffed animals & Taggie, paint her nails daily, sing constantly, play soccer, and simply chat with friends and family.
No parent or sibling should ever have to navigate or accept the death of a young child but we can also say Lucy was extremely loved by so many, as shown by the outreach to her family, from across the nation since her passing. Lucy led a life of adventure, curiosity and joy. She will forever be missed, loved and remembered by grandparents, Mary and Doug Seitz, the Kadings and other family and friends Henry reminded us that Lucy's heart touched everyone!
