Lucille Budd Obituary
Lucille is survived by her daughter, Brenda Burge (Robert), of Kitty Hawk; her granddaughter, Kylee Cobb (Chris), and her great-grandchildren, Raegan, Aubree, Beau, and Theodore, of Stumpy Point; her brother, John Kerns (Barb), of Ohio; as well as her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Doreen Hovatter; her brother, Wayne Kerns; and her husband, Charles Budd.
In honor of Lucille's remarkable life, a celebration will be held at a later date, and further details will be shared in due course.
