Lucille Cagle, 92, born November 26, 1920 to Henry and Polly Wilson, Cades Cove descendants, passed away Sunday morning, February 24, 2013, surrounded in love by her family. She was a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church. Predeceased by parents: husband, James Leroy Cagle and only child, James Thomas Cagle, who passed away at age 27. Also brothers Howard Wilson, Lawrence Wilson, and Ferman Wilson, sister Thelma Shinpaugh. Survived by brothers Mayford (Bettie)Wilson and Glen (Shirley) Wilson, sister, Faye (Fred) Hansen. Nephews: H.S. Myers and Wendell Wilson. Nieces: Kay Bridges, Anita Bales, Linda Wells, Sherry Peterson, Lisa Lankford, Michelle Cobb, Glenda Kimsey and Norma Millsaps. Extended family: SueAnn (Max) Lewis and Tommy Lewis. Many adored great nephews, nieces and cousins. We are all blessed to have had her in our lives. A special thanks to caregivers Virginia Martin, Gwen Martin and Pam Blocker for their compassionate and loving care in keeping Lucille comfortable, and often smiling, during her final days. Also to her Forest Hill Baptist Church family for their many appreciated visits. Special gratitude is also extended to Blount Memorial Hospice doctors, nurses and staff for their care and support to Lucille and her family during this final journey. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 26th, 6:00-7:00 PM at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with service to immediately follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Gary Thomas, officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 AM, Wednesday at Forest Hill Cemetery for the interment. In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Forest Hill Baptist Church building fund, 1850 Forest Hill Road, Maryville TN 37803.
