Lucinda Ocaña de Ortega nació en Chihuahua, México, el 2 de junio de 1934, hija de Belisario Ocaña y María López. Falleció en su hogar en Denver, Colorado, el 28 de octubre de 2025, rodeada del amor de su familia.
Esposa amada de Clodualdo Ortega, con quien compartió 72 años de matrimonio lleno de amor, dedicación y alegría.
Lucinda fue una madre cariñosa que siempre se preocupó profundamente por sus hijos. Amaba cocinar para ellos y disfrutaba cantar y bailar, llenando su hogar de alegría y sabor. Fue madre de seis hijas y cinco hijos, a quienes dedicó su vida con ternura y entrega.
Será recordada con mucho amor por su familia y todos quienes tuvieron la dicha de conocerla. Su deliciosa comida, su alegría y su corazón generoso permanecerán para siempre en la memoria de quienes la amaron.
Descanse en paz, Lucinda Ocaña de Ortega.
