Lucinda Ann "Sulak" Palmer

Lucinda Ann Palmer, 67, of Richmond, Texas, passed away on November 13, 2025.

Lucy was a fun, gentle soul who brought light into every room. She was always ready to dance, sing, laugh, and enjoy the moment. She was incredibly smart - the kind of person who dominated Jeopardy and made it look easy. Laid back and full of warmth, she loved watching her favorite shows, playing games, and enjoying quiet moments at home. She was a devoted stay-at-home mom who loved puzzles and the simple comforts of family life.

Lucy is survived by her children, Jessica, Lonna, and John; her grandchildren, Nolan, Sydney, Natalie, Sophie, and Chloe; and her siblings, Barbara, Billy, Jeff, Andy, and Chris. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; her parents, Bill and Libbie; and her siblings, Ben and Elaine.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
