Lucinda Small Williams

Lucinda Small Williams 68, a native of St. Helena Island, SC, daughter of Dorothy Green Small and the late Command Sgt. Major Julius Small, Jr., died Saturday, November 1, 2025.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Adams Street Baptist Church, 736 Lands End Road, St. Helena Island, SC 29920.

Ms. Williams was born October 21, 1957, on St. Helena Island, SC.

She leaves to cherish her memory and loving spirit, two children: Christi Williams and Willie L. Williams; her grandson Preston Rivers; her mother Dorothy Small; four siblings: Calvin Small (Sandra), Kenneth Small, Terry Small, Shirley Gathers (Lewis); three nephews: Matthew Small (Chyanne), Julien Small (Courtney), and Joshua Gathers (Taysia); two nieces: Jaimie Small and Dominique Wall (Randolph). She also leaves two uncles: Samuel Smalls (Pauline) and Chris Green (Jackie); five aunts: Ernestine Byas (Clifford), Albertha Smalls-Hill, Janie M. Gause (Wellace), Rose M. Green, and Sarah Mungin; her partner David Meeks; the father of her children Willie J. Williams and a host of loving relatives and dear friends.
