Lucy Chandler Edwards, 80, passed away on August 8, 2023 in Haverhill, MA. Born on January 18, 1943, in New York, NY, Lucy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Lucy dedicated her life to helping others and making a positive impact in her community. As a leader in her town of Northwood, NH, and in various groups she belonged to, Lucy's passionate desire to fix things guided her to positions of influence. She cared deeply about the future and left a lasting legacy of making a difference.
Despite her many accomplishments, Lucy cherished the quiet moments spent with her family and close friends. Whether it was walking her dogs or immersing herself in a good book, Lucy found solace in the simple joys of life.
Lucy is survived by her loving daughters, Erica and Rebecca, and her adored grandsons, Nick and Patrick. She is also survived by her siblings, MK, Chip, and Nick, as well as step-grandsons Brett and Logan. Lucy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ben Edwards.

Professionally, Lucy served as the office manager at the Edward Jones financial advisor office. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail made her an invaluable asset to the team.
No memorial services are planned at this time. However, those who wish to honor her memory may consider making contributions to Bear-Paw Regional Greenways, an organization that aligns with Lucy's passion for preserving and protecting the environment.
