Luis será recordado con cariño por todos aquellos que tuvieron la dicha de conocerlo. Su nobleza, su alegría y su amor por la vida dejaron una huella imborrable en quienes compartieron momentos con él.
Le sobreviven sus hermanas, Lidia García y Elena García; así como numerosos sobrinos y sobrinas que siempre lo llevaron en el corazón, además de familiares y amigos que lo apreciaron profundamente.
Le precede en fallecimiento su esposa, María de Jesús Valenzuela, quien ya descansa en paz.
Su partida deja un vacío inmenso, pero también un legado de bondad, respeto y amor hacia los suyos.
