Luis Ayala Gonzales, 89, of Berwyn Heights, Maryland, passed away on Monday January 1, 2024.
Luis was predeceased by his mother Elena Ayala, and sisters Maria Rosa and Amalia and his pet dog Carbon.
  Luis, who also went by Moncho, and known to his grandkids and great grandkids as Abuelo, lived a full and warm life, filled with joy and happiness. Luis came to the United States to provide his family with a better life and opportunities. He lived his life to the fullest and loved his family with all of his heart. His family was his pride and joy, making sure to express his love at every opportunity.  His energy was contagious and made everyone who knew him smile and laugh in his presence. Everyone who knew Luis knew he loved to be the life of the party. He will be forever loved and remembered and sorely missed by his family.
  Luis is survived by his life partner Concepcion (Conchi) Lopez, former wife, Maria Ines Carcamo, his four children, Guillermo, Maria Elena, Doris, and Ana, his two step-children Evelyn and Lorena, his fifteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, his beloved pet dog, Lucky, nieces and nephews, and an abundance of friends. We will miss him more than words can say.
  Abuelo your presence brought us joy, your tenacity and courage inspires us to live life passionately and to enjoy the ride.
