Luis Miranda Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Legacy Remembers on Jun. 3, 2025.

Luis Eduardo Miranda, 18, beloved son, brother, grandson and nephew, was born on May 14, 2007, in Jacksonville, Florida. Sadly, he departed from this world on May 30, 2025, leaving behind a profound void in the hearts of those who knew him.

Luis was a young man of admirable spirit, characterized by his sweet and respectful nature. His infectious smile could brighten any room and bring joy to all who had the pleasure of encountering him. An avid enthusiast of building furniture and bike ramps, Luis poured his creativity and imagination into his hobbies. His love for Pokémon cards and Hot Wheels painted a picture of a youthful heart full of excitement and wonder. Luis also cherished listening to music and enjoyed memorable rides on his dad’s golf cart — moments that created beautiful memories for his family.

He is remembered fondly by his father, Eduardo Miranda; his mother, Sabrina Miranda; a sister; two brothers; grandparents; aunts and uncles; numerous other family members and friends; and his girlfriend, Ali Parras, whom he loved so much.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, June 6, at Galloway & Sons Chapel in George West with a Rosary to be recited at 7 o’clock.

The funeral service will be conducted there at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 7, with Mr. Hipolito Rocha officiating. Burial will follow in the George West Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Eduardo Miranda, Sabas Ramon Jr., Brandon Ramon, Jose Luis Miranda, Ivahn Miranda and Robert Parras.

Iysacc Miranda will serve as honorary pallbearer.

We love you, son. This is not a goodbye, but a "see you again."

May you always walk in sunshineand God’s love around you flow, for the happiness you gave us,no one will ever know.
It broke our hearts to lose you,but you did not go alone,a part of us went with you,the day God called you home.
A million times we needed you,a million times we’ve cried. If love could only have saved you,you never would have died.

The Lord be with you and may you rest in peace.
