Luis Vergeli Jr.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Luis Vergeli Jr. on October 7, 2024, at the age of 56. Luis was born on July 13, 1968 in Bronx, Ny, to Luis A. Vergeli & Gloria Flores Rivera.

 Luis met the love of his life in 2015, Tammy Vilay of 9 years. He also leaves behind his stepson Cameron Soto. Luis was known for his joking personality, Kindness & Love. Having family gatherings brought pure joy to his heart. He loved to host parties and took any chance he could to bring everyone together. His laughter would fill the room and it was contagious. He never missed a beat, always reminiscing with his family about their childhood. This year he was able to take a trip to Puerto Rico & loved every minute of the island. Planes was a fear of his but he finally overcame it this past year. May his spirit travel with no limits.

 Survived By: Sons, Luis Anthony Vergeli & Isaiah Vergeli; Daughters, Princess Marie Vergeli, Deeamarillys Vergeli, Gloria Felicia Vergeli, Mila Vergeli, Kimora Lee Vergeli. Brother, Angel Luis Vergeli; Sisters, Natasha Vergeli, Jennifer Vergeli, Omaira Vergeli & Jasmine Vergeli. Luis leaves behind 4 grandchildren & 12 neices & nephews.

His skill was unmatched in the carpentry industry. He enjoyed the everyday challenges of work, he took pride in what he could accomplish. His tenants were the highlight of his day to day activities, he adored overseeing his apartment complex. Luis was dedicated to work and always was willing to help his tenants when they were in need, on and off the clock. He was an asset & a special kind of person that always stuck out and leaves an imprint on you.

 Services will take place on Friday, October 18, 2024 at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Care, 1987 East Main Street, in Waterbury CT from 11AM- 1PM. Luis's final resting place will be at Pine Grove Cemetery in Waterbury CT following the services at the funeral home.
