Luna Anne Kimpel

Luna Anne Kimpel, beloved daughter of Dravin and Mackenzie (Fry) Kimpel, of Auburn, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Parkview Regional Medical Center.

Dravin is a maintenance tech in the automotive industry and Mackenzie is a speech therapist.

Luna is survived by her loving parents, Dravin and Mackenzie Kimpel of Auburn; maternal grandparents, John and Robyn Fry of Fort Wayne; paternal grandfather, Jeremy (Leah) Kimpel of Angola; paternal grandmother, Lisa (Dave) Howey of Pleasant Lake; maternal great-grandmother, Joan Miller of Fort Wayne; and paternal great-grandparents, Tom and Karen Graves of Spencerville. She is also survived by her maternal uncle, Jarrod (Katie) Fry of Fort Wayne; her paternal aunt, Darianne Kimpel; and her paternal uncle, Dawson Howey, both of Auburn.

Luna was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents, Coyle and Patricia Fry; maternal great-grandfather, Larry Miller; paternal great-grandfather, Kenny Kimpel; and paternal great-grandmother, Linda Craig.

Dravin and Mackenzie are members of St. John Lutheran Church – Flatrock, where a private service will be held with Pastor Douglas Christian officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Arrangements are being handled by Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home of Decatur, Indiana.
