Luz E. Marquez, 60, of Meriden, loving wife of Santos Jr. Marquez, passed away on March 8, 2026. She was born in Carolina, P.R. on December 8, 1965, a daughter of Jesus and Carmen Hiraldo. In addition to her husband, she leaves her children, Ashley and Christopher Marquez, four grandchildren, and four siblings.
A funeral service celebrating Luz's life will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Iglesia A.C.M. El Shaddai, 53 Franklin Sq., New Britain. Friends may visit with her family from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will be held in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Meriden. Luz's family kindly asks, PLEASE DO NOT SEND FLOWERS.
