Mrs. Cheek was born on April 8, 1953 and passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2013. Mrs. Cheek was a resident of Greensboro, North Carolina at the time of passing. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Church Alive Of The Triad, 235 Burgess Rd., Greensboro, N.C. 27409, with Pastor Jody Bullard officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 A.M. on Saturday prior to the service at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Ave., Greensboro, N.C. 27405.
