In the hall where numbers called echoed laughter, joy enthralled. You found your place, your heart aglow, amid the cards and cheerful flow. The game of chance, a cherished art, matched the rhythm of your heart, Bingo nights were your delight, A simple joy, pure and bright.
On August 13, 2024; God in His infinite wisdom, called His daughter Mrs. Lydia Shaheed, 77, of North Charleston, SC from labor to reward.
Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Shaheed will on Friday August 23, 2024, at International Longshoreman Association Hall at 12-noon.
There will be a viewing for Mrs. Shaheed on Thursday August 22, 2024, at Suburban Funeral Home Chapel from 5-7 PM.
The most precious memories of Mrs. Shaheed will resound in the life of her beloved children; Gene B. Shaheed, Lorraine M. Shaheed, Dawud I. (Louise) Shaheed, Antonio K. (LaShonda) Shaheed, Rasheedah Shaheed, Leroy (Melinda) Coakley, twenty grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren, sibling; Nathaniel (Mary) Coakley, Luther (Roberta) Coakley and Otis R. (Sheryl) Coakley. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
