He is survived by his devoted wife, Pamelia Faison Davis of the home; his loving daughter, Analaysia Davis; mother, Marian Pigford Davis; brothers, Robert Houston and Doug Davis, Jr. (Nicole); sisters, LaToya Wilson, Penny Hamilton and Angela Houston; aunts, Mary Lee Stanley and Alease Davis; cousins, Veronica Farrior, Marquis Graham, Quincy Pigford, Herbert Downs, Don Pigford, Violet Davis Battle, James Murray, Jr., Danielle Broussard, Lee Hutchinson and Gwen Howell. A Special Shoutout to John McDaniel (Tamika), Charles Langley (Yovonda), Anthony Kornegay (Serena), Nicole Peele, "Niecey" Pearsall and sons, Corey, Bernard, Ryan, Joshua, Hottie's Girls - Shaquanna and Shaniqua, Kevin Will, Quan, Kassim, Jared, Sierra, Brenn, Ijaylah and Zira and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and many more friends who were regarded as family. There are entirely too many to name but please know he loved each of you and so do we.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Von, a fellow trucker. Working with him for the last several years, we formed a bond. He was a good person who worked hard on the road and through our conversations, I know he was a dedicated family man. He will be missed. My condolences to his family.
