Lyle Thompson of Henriette passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul at the age of 65.
Lyle Martin Thompson was born on May 3, 1960 to Martin and Agnes (Willert) Thompson in Rush City, Minnesota.
Lyle is survived by his son Jake (Jena) Thompson of Burnsville; daughter-in-law Steph; grandchildren Gavin, Layla and Ryder Smith; brothers Richard (Deborah) Thompson of Rush City, Phillip (Cindy) Thompson of Rush City; brother-in-law Gary Grell of Cambridge; sister-in-law Sue Thompson of Chaska.
He was preceded in death by his parents Martin and Agnes Thompson; son Donald Smith; brother Donald Thompson; sister Judith Grell; special friend Robyn Lemmer.
A Celebration of Life for Lyle: 12 Noon - 3 PM; Sunday, December 7, 2025 at the Rock Creek City Center. The burial will take place in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Harris.
