She was born on August 28, 1948, in Sycamore, IL
the daughter of Max & Jenoise (Browne)Thurlby.
Lyn is survived by her sister-Jenifer (James)
Gillespie of Champaign and several nieces &
nephews.
Lyn graduated from Kirkland High School in 1966.
She was an event planner for NAEN and worked in
Human Resources for University of Illinois in
Springfield, IL
She loved her cats, boating, antiques, and
gardening. Lyn spent most of her life in Springfield,
IL where she worked and made great friendships.
There are no plans for services currently. Memorial
contributions may be made to the Dementia Society

Lyn was a wonderful neighbor! I always enjoyed her gardens & working at the University. Heartfelt sympathy to her family.
