went to be with the Lord Dec 4, 2024

at home after a brief illness

She was a native of Mt. Carmel and a member of the Mormon Church @ Rotherwood.

Lynda was preceded in death by her parents Curtis and Hazel Crowder -

her siblings: Margaret Neely , Sam Crowder, Elmer Crowder, Lee Crowder and Nancy Simmons

Her daughter Stephanie Crean and Spouse John Short.

She is Survived by her Children; Lee McMillan (Barbara), Tony McMillan (Angel) John J Short (Lysabeth) Robert Jarvis (Tammy), Daniel Short and Regina Perkins

13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren - sister- in law Sue Crowder - special friend Brenda Winegar and Several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Amedysis Hospice for their help and support. Especially, Megan Keasling and Sarah Cooper.

Celebration of Life will be held Dec 12 at The New Testament Church of Jesus Christ in Mt Carmel with visitation from 5-7 pm and the service at 7pm. Officiants to be Paul Necessary & Jonathan Lovelace.

There will not be graveside services for she was cremated.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the church.

To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

The sweetest lady you would ever want to meet I´ll always remember sitting around the table playing cards and oh her Mac and cheese I have so many loving memories of this wonderful woman but God blessed me with many years of love and friendship and I know I´ll see her again one sweet day and we can sit under the tree of life and go down memory lane and laugh together again I love you miss Lynda rest in peace
