Lynette K. Cole, 81, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 24, 2024. Born on February 14, 1943, in Wyandotte, MI, she was the beloved daughter of Ed and Helen DeJack.
Lynette married Larry Cole on October 1, 1966. They shared 37 wonderful years together until his passing in 2003. Lynette is survived by her two sons, Lenny (Diane) and Trevor (Kim); her brother, Robert DeJack; and six grandchildren, Catherine, Grace, Nicholas, Luke, Matthew, and John. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Lynette had a successful career in the real estate business in the Downriver area, owning her own franchise for 40 years. She cherished spending time with her family, attending her grandchildren's sporting events, and doing puzzles. Lynette will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Used to visit on the front lawn in the summer while out with our critters. Lynette always shared her famous cheese ball with us, hanging a treat on our door for a surprise when we got home. I will always treasure the recipe.
